Day 1: The Fast and It's Constitution
May God Bless You Dear Ones,
"Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly." (Joel 2:15)
With that in mind Dear Ones, our intent is to alarm you all of how serious things are today and why the Trumpet must be blown and the Lord says that is to be done "In Zion". It is clean up and throw out time. Can I get an Amen??? Amen!!!
Listen Dear Ones, The United States of America has a Constitution, that is to be followed and the forefathers arrived to the decision to write "it" after looking at the makeup of God's Church; that which God has put in place for the operation of the body of Christ. Are you following me??? I pray that you are.
So last evening, very lightly, and mildly,.... we have introduce you to what is require of each of you doing the Ten Days of Fasting and Prayer. I said lightly, for things will become more intense as we continue on in the FAST. Now you can bail now, or pull up at the bootstraps (as the old folks would say) sit tight and take it,....and get yourself together; for the day of the Lord is closer than any of us, would believe; And I am Charged with telling you the truth, for the blood of your soul shall not be on me for failing to preach unto you what is needed. Amen Church??? Amen.
Now this I can promise you, that if you will so endure the chastening, ........afterwards it will yield unto you, the peaceable fruit of righteousness.

Day 2: Love Without Hypocrisy

"Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are His, And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity." II Timothy 2:19
Tonight Dear Ones, by the power of the Almighty God, we delivered unto the congregation, that same faith (Gospel) that was delivered unto them of yester-years. It is tight and it is right....for the Lord has a better vision of where you are heading then you do, so may we advise you to let Jesus lead you all of the way. Amen??? Amen!!!
The Theme of this Fast is, "The Once Delivered Faith" and the thought for tonight is "Love Without Hypocrisy". Don't act as if you love someone, because your actions does not conform to what the Love of God is. How are we doing Church???
God says that there are many antichrists in the world and there are many, as we have learned tonight, that there are also many anti-lightfoot solomon michauxs in the world as well.
You say you love the man, (The Elder Lightfoot Solomon Michaux) but your actions shows that you don't, for if you did love him and his teachings, then you would no doubt be contending for the same faith(speaking of the doctrine) that he delivered unto us all beginning in 1919. How to get out of sin and then stay out of sin. You are not saved from sin....to sin....but you are saved from sin, never to sin no more. Can I get a witness???
Now Jesus did say that we are to love one another and yet you can't even shake the hand of another, who is attending the same church as you; the one who is in the same group as you. Where is the love??? It is love with hypocrisy, not love without hypocrisy. How can you love one and hate the other. Oh no, not in God's Church....maybe in another but these things, God says, ought not so to be. Oh no, not among His loving people; for by your loving, others will know, without doubt, that you are His disciple. Can I get a witness????

Today's message Dear Ones, centered on Profession Versus Confession. They sound to be the same but are not, truly there is a difference.
Tune in and learn the difference and where you stand if God were to call time.......RIGHT NOW.........where would you spend eternity? WE pray with God, but with many, and it is sad to say, but it will be with the devil and his angels.
Today's message was a bit intense, hot and deep. It may hurt you, but it is the hurt that will help you. Our prayer is that it might open your eyes to see reality and bring about a change. Amen Church??? Amen.
Elder Dan Russell, Sr call early this morning and with the help of the Lord and according to God's Will, is planning to be down with us Sunday coming to close out the Fast as he normally does. Please keep he and his dear wife in your prayers. He is 77 now and still on the road working for the Lord.
Would also like for you to remember the Smith Family as a whole, that God will remove that which is between us and then bring us together again in His Love. Also don't forget to send in your petitions. Please get them to us so that we can put them in, all together in the envelope and seal it with the Cross of Christ and then lay that single Envelope with all of your petitions to God, at the feet of Jesus. Now you want to do this by Wednesday, then we can print them out and place them in on Thursday when we have our anointing and prayer service. If your petition is somewhat personal, then send it to us in a sealed envelope by snail mail....209 Long Hill Road....Williamsburg Va. 23185. Amen??? Amen!!!

Day 3: The Qualification of Leaders
May God Bless You Church,
"Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful." I Corinthians 4:1&2
Last evening the Lord had us to center on Leadership and what is require of us as guides of men's soul. As the Elder Michaux, our Founder would say, the feet can smell, but the head must be kept clean. If the head is clean, it can come together and wash the feet. But if the head is all messed up, what will the feet (speaking of the body) have for an example. Amen Dear Ones??? Amen.
Listen Dear Ones, in every employment or position on the job, there are qualifications for that said position; and if you don't qualify, you just don't get the job. Not the right way anyhow; now you can slip your way into that job, or even "sleep" your way into that position on that job, as some have been known to do, but sooner or later your ability to hold that position on the job, will be made know and you will come down or be brought down and another will take you place in that position on that job. Is there a witness out there??? Tell the truth and shame the devil, as the old folk would say. Amen Church??? Amen.
So shall it be with the leaders in the Church, You must have the Holy Ghost to lead holy people. As The Elder would say, "if the Lord didn't call you, the devil surely will stop you." and that through some sought of sin which is a reproach to any people. Amen??? Amen!!!
No person, Dear Ones, has any business in the Church's leadership role, without the Holy Ghost, mainly because they are guides of other men's souls; and what you do as a leader is going to influence someone. Do you get the point? I pray that you do!!!

Church to please God, we must have faith, that Immutable faith; the unshakeable faith; the faith that is unchangeable; for with God all things are possible. Amen??? Amen!!!
Let us hold fast to the things which we have been taught and which we are assured of, knowing of whom we have learn such richness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; and please don't give up: for if we do, God says that His soul shall find no pleasure in them who turn back to doubtfulness and disbelief. Day 1: God's Promise
May God Bless You Dear Ones,
And may heaven smile upon each of you.
The Ten Days of Fasting and Praying has begun, and right out of the gate the message was plain and clear. What God has promised He is able to fulfill. We must not stagger at what He has said, but be as Abraham, for he is our father of faith.
Now to be, listen to me carefully, to be, there must be the Singleness of Mind. We all must come together in the likeness of Jesus Christ and God the Father, in order to be blessed of God and receive the promise. As the song says, "I'm living for the promise that God has promised me". Amen??? Amen!!!
It was interesting how that as I pull out of my driveway, I looked at the time and because I have it set on the 24hr time, it said 19:19 and as I pulled into the Church yard and parked, it said 19:28.
You see Dear Ones, when you have the Singleness of Mind, God will give a confirmation of what is given, no matter who says that it is not so.
The Elder Lightfoot Solomon Michaux, began in the year of 1919 and established The Church Of God, there in Newport News, Va... and in 1928 he came to Williamsburg, Va. and established The Church Of God. We found this to be true from what is documented in the Archives Department of Colonial Williamsburg, of his holding Church Services in a building in the Restored Area from 1928-1931 or maybe into 1933; he then move the congregation down to Newport News to the Church there. In 1998, 70 years later, The Church Of God was REBIRTHED, therefore we have with the Singleness of Mine, The Church Of God At Williamsburg, 209 Long Hill Road Williamsburg, Va.
We Dear Ones, are living the promise of what God had promised years ago. Amen??? Amen!!! Just a bit of History for you to chew on and digest.

Praying that all is well with each of you as we enter the 2nd Service of the 2nd day of this Ten Days of Our Fasting and Praying. Are you fasting with us??? Are you praying with us??? I pray that you all are in the Singleness of Mind. Amen??? Amen!!!
Tonight we centered on the prayer that Jesus Christ prayed before retuning to the Father from whence He came. And this prayer Dear Ones, sets the record straight on His love for us and the importance of us all being with the oneness of mind. Not different minds, but Singleness of Mind, serving the Lord. Amen??? Amen!!!
I am stressing the importance of your continuous prayers for each other during this fast, for it is needed and needful. Amen Church??? Amen!!!
Please remember the Ministers of the Gospel who are standing before you night in and night out, declaring the truth and nothing but the truth; as Jesus spoke about what is truth, in His prayer to God, in that 17th, chapter of St. John. Making us all one as He and the Father were one.

Day 3: Pure In Heart (Noon Worship Service)

In keep with the Theme of the fast, we are maintaining our center point and that is Oneness....
Today's message dealt with being pure in our Hearts. Beginning with a question of those who wanted to see God. Hands went up, but then came the shocker.....you have to be pure in your heart in order to see God, because His Majesty is too great. You cannot even look at the sun with sunglasses and He is greater then the sun.
Moses desire to see His glory, was told that he could not see Him face and live....no man can. Jesus beheld His Glory, because He came from Him and was able to share with us the Beauty of the Lord, by looking at Him.
Well in getting down to the realness of the message, we were lead over to 1 Corinthians 6 and beginning at the 9th verse, of what we are to know, and that is that the unrighteous shall not, can not, inherit the kingdom of God. And that was a question. .....and as Paul said, "Be Not Deceived". Please Dear Ones, don't just think that you are going to enter into God's Holy Kingdom, dressed any sort of way, acting any way that you feel and doing what you feel you can do.....oh no, it is going to be God's way or hell. One or the other and it is you choice. Your heart must be pure in order to see God. No if or ands about it. You must be born of the Spirit and of the Water in order to rise with Jesus, when He comes. Amen??? Amen!!!
Now I want you to notice how that all of the sins that are mentioned by Paul, are all linked together. There are some that refuse to tie homosexually with drunkards. Listen Dear Ones....sin is sin and the soul, the mind, that sins it shall die. Amen??? Amen!!!
Listen, when you use your organ for something other than which God has ordained it for.......consider what I say now.......it is abuse. For a woman to have sex with another woman she uses her tongue in places where the organ of the man is suppose to be used. Do you not know this???? If you don't, I am informing you of it today. Likewise the man, he is using his organ in places that is used for something else. It is sin, Dear Ones, sin, sin, sin and doing so, will bring the wrath of God upon you. Repent.....Repent......Repent.......for the Kingdom of Heaven is closer than you may believe.
It is all sin Church and in order to enter into the Kingdom of God and see Him, we all must have pure hearts. Amen??? Amen!!!
Now some may feel that this is a bit over the edge, but if the gays can parade up and down the streets of America and show their stuff, we ministers of the Gospel need to turn it up a notch or two, and declare the naked truth. Can I get a witness??? Thank you Sister, ...thank you Brother.
Now I hope that I have not become your enemy because I tell you the truth. Somebody need to be bold and stand up and tell it. I must because I have a soul to be saved, and if I see these things and don't tell you of them, then some of you will fall into the state of acceptance as so many others are. Amen??? Amen!!!

Day 3: Righteous Unity

Just as there is a true, you can always say that there will be a false.
Tonight we centered on the Righteous Unity, showing how,..... right after Noah had peopled the world, once again,... folks wanted to build a city with a tower all the way up to heaven. They were one, but for the wrong reason. God saw this and came down and confounded their speech so that they could not understand what different ones were saying so they left off building the tower and scattered throughout the earth. Interesting isn't it??? I'll Say that it is!!!
So it is important to know that we are to center in on a righteous unification, and not be one in things that are displeasing to God; because He will come down and scatter you. Amen Church??? Amen!!!
Listen Dear Ones, we must as parents stand on the commandments of God and not move, not even for your sweet little child, because they will one day rise up against you, and if you agree with them, you will die spiritually. It will hurt your relationship with God, because He has instructed us all in how to raise our children. We are not to strive with them.....they buck, you are to buck them....and listen the sooner you buck them, the less you will have to buck them with the rod. If you spare the rod, you will spoil the child. Can I get a witness Church??? Thank you Sister!!!
It has been a long day, and we will close with this, let us be stedfast, unmoveable, always be abounding in the work of the Lord, realizing that your labor shall never be in vain, obeying the commandments of God. Amen??? Amen!!!

Day 4: The Willingness Of Mind

Praying that all is well with each of you, as we enter into this the 4th day of the Fast.
God has really been opening our eyes to the truth of His Word, causing some to look funny, tighten up the jaws. You know how some folks are with they get hit with something by surprise. Especially when it is revealing them. Can I get a witness???
Tonight the message dealt with the type of mind that you must have in dealing with paying works in the Church. Oh yes, the lights must burn, the A/C must cool and the toilets must flush. All of these things is an expense and in order to pay the bill, we must work together, having The Willingness of Mind, to fulfill all the righteousness of God. Amen??? Amen!!!

In pleasing God we must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Amen Church??? Amen!!!
Tonight the Lord lead us into what so many have had problems with; and that is dying in self that the power of Christ my rest, rule and abide within.
God is holy Dear Ones, and if we are looking to go into His Kingdom, then we need to be cleansed both in and out that we may be HOLY. Oh no, God is not going to accept anything less than Jesus Christ. So tighten up and get right, for if you fail to do so, your soul will be turned into hell. Amen??? Amen!!!
We must deny ourselves and take up the cross.....our cross and follow Him all the way from earth to Glory.
Remember to continue the prayers....for people all around the world, for there is trouble here and there.

Day 6: The Divine Order
May God Bless You Dear Ones,
"But if any man be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God." (I Corin. 11:16)
Church, God has an order for us all.......may we be men, women, boys, or girls......there is an order and it is "Divine". Now "I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor anything taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him." (Ecclesiastes 3:14) So don't mess with "The Divine Order" as "it" has been delivered unto you. Amen??? Amen!!!
Now in this Divine Order, Paul lays it all out: and tonight as the Lord lead, we have laid it all out for each of you: and that does include me as well. Now if you are looking for happiness and peace of mind, then may I encourage each of you, to be ye followers of me even as I am also of Christ, who is my head. Can I get an Amen Church??? Amen!!! It is all God's plan and as The Pastor, I must deliver "it" speaking of the plan...... unto all of you. Amen??? Amen!!!
Now there is much in this message and if what is spoken about, is not happening, ....today.......or has not happen, then it would not have been laid out back then nor would it be.......laid out..... tonight. Amen Church??? Amen.
I would like to thank each of you for your continual prayers for those requesting our prayers for their family members, and themselves, who are under attack in the body by satan. Your prayers are making a difference. And thank you for your advice of what to do in certain situations. As Paul stated in the II Corin. 1:6, "And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation." What we go through, is not always because of us, but for someone else, whom,..... will cross our paths and because we have been through "it", so can we speak to that which they are going through. Oh Glory, What a Plan........Thank God For Jesus........Who has it all in control. Can someone please say Amen??? Thank you!!!

Last evening, we centered on the foundation that was laid for us in 1919 by the Elder Lightfoot Solomon Michaux and his Lovely Wife, Sister Mary E. Michaux. And that foundation was built upon the Word of God.
Much happen after their decease: changes have been made, but there are some who has and is still, I say, is still, holding firm to the teachings and it is they who are the true followers, for their works do manifest this to be true. Can I get a witness Church??? Thank you!!!
Now this message gets a little deep, going way back and bringing us up to speed with what was, and what is today.

Dear Ones, we have come to the ending of the Ten Days of Fasting and now we go into the conclusion, The Night Service and Allnight Prayer Meeting. God has really opened the window of knowledge unto us during these ten days and today knowing what we know and what we have heard, we are inexcusable to be doing anything that will hinder the out pouring of God’s Spirit upon us all. Amen Church??? Amen!!!
Elder Daniel Russell will be down, if the Lord so be willing, and will close out the Fast as he normally does. We pray for safe travels for him and others to and from here. Amen??? Amen!!!

Day 10: The Top Job Is To Obey God
May God Bless You Dear Ones,
And a good morning/evening to each of you. It is truly good to be alive and well, breathing the breathe of God, having the health and the strength to press up the Kings Highway. Can I get a witness???
Elder Dan was down last evening with two parts, one The Top Job is to obey God and then there is but one law given by God for all people. (Exodus 12:49)
And then right after Elder Dan came through, we invite Elder Jones from Lothian, Md to share a word with us. He came through with hearing the Conclusion of the Hold Matter: fearing God and then keeping His commandments: for “it” is our whole duty to do so. For God will, no doubt, bring every work into the judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. You will not be able to hide your sins in the JUDGEMENT. Ecclesiastes 12:13&14. Which was his theme for those in Lothian Md. where he had conducted the Ten Days Fast there.
We took a break at about 10:15 PM, dined sufficiently and went into The All Night Prayer Meeting at 11:30 PM, finishing up around 2:45 AM, this morning. Now if the world can party all night, why is it hard for the people of God to Sing, Pray, and praise God all night for the good that He has done??? Good question isn’t it: I’ll say that it is.
We sang, we testified, we prayed, the Ministers Preached, we partook of the Precious Body of Christ; we washed one another’s feet; testified some more, sang some more, went down on our knees and prayed some more; and had the final remarks; and then closed things out with the Brothers, singing, “I’ll see you in the Rapture Some Sweet Day”. We don’t know when, because God did not tell Jesus, and He did not tell us. Only to watch and pray. Amen??? Amen!!!
One sister reminded me afterwards that I forgot to released the husbands back to their wives, so may I do “it” at this time. Husbands you are free now to enjoy your wives and wives you are free to once again, enjoy your husbands. Thank you Sister for the Reminder!!!
Now for those of you who are wondering what this is all about; it is sad that you have not been paid close attention to the Sermons, nor the scriptures. You see, Dear Ones, to every thing there is a season, and the Season of Fasting and Praying is not the time for a husband/wife relationship. How are we doing Church??? Read your bible, for it is so written.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8; and then Joel 2:16; do I need to go another further??? Okay, read this one......I Corinthians 7:5. Now I do think that I have the Spirit of God, and would not lie to you, for it is written: “that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer.” Now watch this, (because this is where this conversation got started) “and come together again, that satan tempt you not for your incontinency.” meaning your lack of self control. You got it??? Good, now don’t forget it!!!

We pray that all is well with each of you as we begin the first Fast of 2013.
It is important to know and understand that in order to please God, we must amend our ways and our doings before Him. For the coming of Christ, into this world is the pure witness that God is God all by Himself and if we expect to get into His Kingdom, we must do His Will. Amen??? Amen!!!
The Sermon this night centered on how that there must be improvements in our lives in order for us to be Lights..... in this dark world in which we live. We are taught to let our lights so shine, that the world may see Jesus Christ in us. They don’t know Him, and unless we who were born in sin, don’t amend, then the world will never know. Can I get a witness???

Day 2: Your Ways Are Not My Ways

“In order to get into God’s Kingdom, (as my son Antony always says) you’ve got to do it God’s way” And I for one, am He that will and do say ...... AMEN!!!
As we enter into this 2nd day of the Fast, the thought of God’s doings and how that we must be transformed from our old ways and come up to the level of God’s Way. Can I get a witness???
The Message, this Message, centered on just that, found in the Book of Isaiah the 55th chapter and beginning right there in the very 1st verse....and continuing all the way to the end. Everything you and I both,.... need to know, is right there in the Book. Amen Church??? Amen!!!
Let us press, Dear Ones towards the mark of the prize of the high calling of God which is in Christ Jesus, laying aside everything that is not of God, that we might be pleasing in His sight...for He is the judge of both the living and those that have died already. Amen??? Amen!!!

Day 3: The Wise and The Foolish

May God Bless You Dear Ones,
And all that will live godly in Christ Jesus, shall suffer persecutions. But I will encourage you all to just keep pressing for the mark, for at the end there is a reward, far greater than anything that satan or this world has to offer. Can I get an Amen???
We are still centering on Amending My Ways and tonight the thought was of the five wise and the five foolish virgins. The interesting thing was that they all were pure and clean, but five of them had good ole common sense and the other five, just did not have any foresight at all. It just did not dawn on them (the five foolish) that the bridegroom would come at an unheard of hour. God has told us, through Christ, that we will not know the day nor the hour, but we are to be ready. Amen Church??? Amen!!!
I will share this with you, for it happen with us..... and to some of us....... last Friday evening.....which was the very first day of the Fast.
We have been hearing of how that the Elder Michaux, (the Founder and Pastor) at one time or another had ordered the doors of the Church to be locked, because some were just satisfied coming in after service had begun and not pressing to be there on time.
The instructions was given in preparation for the Fast, to be in your seats by 7:50 and ready to go at 8:00 O’clock. Well as I was preparing for Church, things just did not come together for me and by the time I reached the Church yard, there was three to four minutes before 8:00.
As I parked, the Spirit of the Lord spoke and said, “Lock the door”......nothing else, other than, “lock the door”.....so I pull out my keys, searching in the dark for the key to the door and when I reached the door, it was unlocked......so I locked the door and shut it behind me..... and then advised the usurer that the door is now locked and no one else is to come in.
Well as you would have it, the late comers, those that have other things to do.......to much of a surprise to them,......found when they came to the door that it would not open.....it was amazingly locked. LOCKED........are you kidding me.......And they began to knock..........some got into their cars and went back home, others remained......... knocking.....even knocking on the window desiring to get in. They could heard the songs being sung, testimony of those that had made it in on time, but they were left out. It was a sad day Church, it was a very sad day. Those who were in wanted to open the door, and came over to me and asked if I wanted to let certain ones in, but I stood firm and said no.
Well do you not know that I was blasted up and down for it, told that I was totally 100% wrong and that just maybe it was a sign for them to go elsewhere. My words to that person was, ...."No, what God is telling you is to amend your ways and your doings”.
This is God’s House Church, and We are not to just come as we please. We are to be on time. Can I get an Amen???
Now my question to some of you who may be thinking along the same lines as those who came late and just expected to walk right in as they normally do.......here is the question.....how many places of employment will allow you to come in when you get ready and work when you care to work and go when you feel like going???? how many people that you know of, can dictate to their bosses, after the bosses have given instructions to all at what time they are expected to be in and on the job.....how many???? I know not of any. Can I get a witness???
Now if the world or the job can demand your time, what about God who is greater than your job or anyone who is of the world, that demand or command you what to do and you do it....what about God???
It was a learning lesson for us all and a real live event of how it is going to be when our Lord doth come. I plan to be somewhere listening for my name....what about you, or will you be caught doing something else???
Just wanted to share that with you, we had heard of it happening, but now today, we know and have experience “it”. It is sad, but is going to happen.....some are wise and some are foolish. I will encourage each of you to Amend Your Ways and Your Doings, before the Lord who sits high and looks low, beholding the good and the evil. For He is the Judge, and will judge us all according to our works. Amen??? Amen!!!
Now the blessed thing about this is, today there is the opportunity to Amend; but when the Lord does crack the sky and return, there is not going to be another chance for you or me to get where we are told to be when He comes....we both...... Will Be Left Behind. Amen Church???
So what Jesus said unto those back then, I say unto you today......WATCH.

Day 4: Faith and Works

Show me your faith without your works and I will show you my faith by my works.......faith and works are just like peanut butter and jelly, they go hand in hand with it other. Amen??? Amen!!!
The Sermon dealt with just that Faith Without Works and how that many believe that they can pray there way through to the Kingdom, and do nothing to help financially to build it up. Can I get a witness Church???
We would like to encourage each of you to pay your tithes and your offering and then pray. Prayer is the key to the kingdom and your faith, it unlocks the door of the blessings of God to flow down upon you. Amen??? Amen!!!

Day 6: Rebellion, Stubbornness, and Rejection

“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”
Church it behooves us to obey...... no matter how hard it may seem to do, just take what God says and put one foot in front of the other and start moving in the direction that God has said to go. Amen??? Amen!!!
The sermon dealt with just that; one who was set up by God and fail to honour God is what was commanded him to do. And yet, he felt as though he had obeyed. But when the prophet came and spoke, he found that he had rebelled against God and was stubborn about it. And then, ...watch this now Church.......he tried to blame the people for it. The king wanted to put it on the people. Oh no, it is you!!!
So listen Dear Ones, what God say is to be done, we are to do it and don’t question God......you are in no place to reply against what He has said is to be. Amen Church??? Amen!!!
We are to amend our ways and our doings before Him, who is the Judge of us all. He has the key to heaven and hell and we don’t want to anger Him by failing to do all that He has commanded us to do. Amen Church??? Amen!!

Church, this is the night in which is establish during the Ten Days Of Fasting and Praying, that we anoint with OIL each and every one, in the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. It is the night, the seventh night in which we go down and pray, pray, pray that the Lord in Heaven will hear our humble cry and answer.......ANSWER CHURCH, ......answer. We have fasted, and now we are praying that God may touch our bodies and heal us of all things that is an offend unto our living.
This is the night Church, were prayer is offered up for those who are lost....those who were once among us and have decided to just not be with us. God said, “that they went out from us, but they were not of us, for if they have been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.” Oh my, my, my.......now that is hitting the nail right there on the head.....can I get a witness??? So we pray for even those. Amen Church??? Amen!!!
This is also the night where we ask God, to fill us with His precious Holy Spirit, that the light of Christ may shine in our lives.....every where we go. At home; on our job; in the school yard; walking down the street. Amen??? Amen!!!
You know let me share this with you. You don’t know who may be struggling with whether God is still in anybody today, when you look at what is going on in and around us today. Doing hard times, you will be just like John the Baptist, locked up in prison....who sent out and ask the question: “art thou the Christ or should we look for another?” Who knows.....God does and He is always going to have someone who loves and keeps His commandments. One who will walk right morning.....noon....and night.
So here is what I want to share with you.....I was out and about one day.....stopped at the this little road side eatery and standing in line, I was approach by a gentle and asked if I were a preacher.....I asked why do you ask.....his response was......”because you carry yourself like one”. Now that was touching. “There is just something about you and the way in which you carry yourself”. Amen Church.....Amen.
So we say this.....the fast is so that you will have the power of God in your life and the only way that this can be, is that during the week the gospel is being preached, and we are to take the Word and apply it to our lives.....amending our ways and our doings.....willingly and then once cleansed.....oh yeah.....the Holy Ghost will come upon us and God will seal us until the day of redemption and we will shine, shine, shine with the light of Christ......all for the glory of God. Amen Church??? Amen!!!

As my dear mother wrote in one of her many songs......"we are coming on in for the home stretch, the race we have started is about won....we are saving our strength for that long last mile...and we coming on in for home.”

The message Dear Ones, is centering in on marriage.....marriage that has been instituted by God and what God has done, we are neither to put any thing to “it” or take any thing from “it”. Whatsoever God doeth, it shall be forever. Amen??? Amen!!!
If you claim to be married, hope to be married.....this message is for you. For there are conditions within the marriage that God has ordained, and we dare not mess with “it”. Can I get an amen Church??? Amen!!!

Day 9: Repent, Be Saved, Be Cleansed, And Be Filled

May God Bless You Church,
“And Every man that hath this hope in him, purifieth himself, even as he is pure.” (I John 3:3)
As we come down to the close of the Fast, God is pointing us to being clean and filled....and before that, we must be saved, and before that we must repent of the wrong that we hath done, that the process of being complete in Him, may take place. How are we doing Church???
Throughout the Fast, the Spirit has been speaking unto us of Amending our ways and our doings before God who is the judge of us all. You Church, the heart is wicked, it is desperately wicked and very deceitful above all things. (Jeremiah 17:9) But God who is the judge of us all, knows.....oh yes Dear Ones......He knows....because He searches the heart and will reward every one of us according to our ways and according to the fruit of our doings. Amen??? Amen!!!
So we repent of the wrong that we have done; we desire to be saved for all of the sinful acts that we have committed; we then take the Word of God into our hearts that we might be cleansed and then, Dear Ones, we ask God to fill us with His Blessed Holy Spirit, that we may be preserved as lights in even this sinful world in which we live. What a Plan!!! And when we become filled, there is no room for any other spirits to enter. Can I just get one person to say Amen??? Amen!!!
Love to you all and keep one another in your prayers as we come to the conclusion of this Fast; for our God who is Mighty and has done great things, shall do Greater Things then what hast been done, for each who do followed the instructions....given!!! Amen??? Amen!!!

Ten Days of Fasting And Praying
From July 6, 2012 through July 15, 2012, we will be fasting and praying. We will have church services at 8:00 PM each night of the Fast. The theme of this Fast is "Knowledge is Power".

Day 1: Solemn Assembly
May God Bless You Church,
It is the season of Fasting and Praying once again and there is a purpose; there is a need and that is to bring down the unrighteous thoughts unto the power of the Living God and His ways.
The theme of this Fast is “Knowledge is Power”.
You see, Dear Ones when you know, you cannot be fooled by the spirit or devices of satan. One of the greatest spirits that is alive today is the spirit of deception. Amen??? Amen!!! Now if you did not know this, today I am informing you of it. Beware!!!
Last evening’s sermon centered on “A Solemn Assembly”. This is serious times in which we live, men’s hearts are failing them because of the things that are happening around and to them. But as Jesus Christ did say, “be of good cheer, I have overcome the world”, so say I unto you today. Just Hold On!!!
Church, when you fast, you weaken the flesh (where all of the problem in life is) and when the flesh is weak, the spirit, the inner man, can be made strong through fasting and praying.
Now there is one thing that is to be understood here and that is, God is not going to put His Spirit, His Holy Spirit into an unclean vessel. Do you get the point??? I am speaking of your mind, it first must be cleaned up (sanctified) and then the Spirit of God, the Holy Ghost will come in and dwell. But you must ask God for “IT”. it is just not going to come where it is not wanted nor invited to come; you must see the need, open up your heart to the preached word of God, and ask God for His Spirit to dwell within. You then become protected from any other spirit that might come and attempt to dwell. As the saying is, “Ask God to fill you, fill you, Lord fill me.......fill me with your Spirit”. And if you are filled Dear Ones, there is no room for any other spirits, because you are filled, filled, filled. You are complete. Sorry satan there is no room for you here. Amen??? Amen!!! Young folks, old folks, all folks....need to have it. No other way into the Kingdom but by the Holy Spirit of God. Amen??? Amen!!!

Day 3: Believe Not Every Spirit
May God Bless You Dear Ones,
As we are into the 3rd day of the Fast, based upon testimonies of those who have testified to the glory and honor of God, we were lead to remind you of the common salvation, where we must not believe every spirit, but try the spirits whether they be of God, for there are all sorts of people claiming that they are called to lead others and they are antichrists.....How are we doing Church???
Now listen, there is one thing among many, that I am assured of...... and that is,...... that Elder Lightfoot Solomon Michaux was a prophet of God,....... sent by God to lead people out of the wilderness of the 19 hundreds to this present day and time.
In his beginning, he stated that no where had he found that God had a church, so he was going to call his church, The Church Of God and that the standard of the Church would be “a life above sin”. He was told by two others who were starting out at that time, “Michaux, you will never make it, with a life above sin”....well may I inform you.....he made it, because the same gospel and standard that he began with, in 1919, is the same gospel and standard of The Church Of God At Williamsburg........today. For this gospel of the kingdom shall......shall.......shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. This responsibility Dear Ones, has fallen to us, upon whom the ends of the world are come; and we are getting the Gospel out to them that are all over this world by way of youtube. Right in the privacy of people’s homes, offices...etc....God is getting the message out there.
You know, every since the message “The President Verse God” dated May 13th, 2012 went out, the views on all of the other messages to day has gone up. People have found truth in what is being preached here, just as they did when the Elder Michaux, went out over the airway by with the call sign of WJSV out of Washington, DC.
In a relay race, there is always the passing of the baton.....the Elder Lightfoot Solomon Michaux began this race in 1919......he passed the baton to my father in the Gospel before he died in 1968, the late Elder James Taylor......and before he died in 1981.......he passed the baton to me...... and Church by the grace of God, I am running the same race against the devil that the two of them ran....and believe you me, the devil is some stepper. He has a record of those whom he has ran against and won, but he lost to all who was filled with the Holy Ghost. Jesus Christ defeated him when he resurrected from the grave and His resurrection gives us the hope that we need today. Amen??? Amen!!!

Day 4: One Unhealthy Act
May God Bless You Dear Ones,
In to the 4th day of the Fast and dealing with works, which if we do not have faith with it, then our works are dead.|
Last evening’s message dealt, simply doing it God’s way and not your own way of honoring Him. We are to lean not to our own understanding, but in all of our ways, we are to acknowledge Him and He will surely direct us in the right path to take. And that Dear Ones is in every thing that we do and say. Just ask God!!! If you are missing something, just ask Him and He will show you the right way.....right on down to paying your tithes and your offerings.
People have been blessed on their jobs, asking for raises and yet still putting a dollar on the table or in the collection plate. It is robbery.
The Context of last evening’s sermon was “Will a man rob God”. and yes we have robbed Him, over and over again.......how.......”in tithes and offerings”. God says that you are cursed with a curse. Amen??? Amen!!!
Now Listen Dear Ones, you cannot beat God giving, nor can you beat Him holding back. We each shall reap whatsoever we sow. If we cheat God, we shall be cheated. Now God can survive being cheated, but can you, in this day and time....survive??? Good question??? I’ll say that it is.
You don’t want to play with God, for the Founder’s wife, Sister Mary Elisa Pauline, would say unto us from time to time, “Don’t play with God; if you want something to play with, go down to the 5 & dime (they used to have them back in the day) and get yourself a doll baby and play with that, but don’t play with God.” You don’t play with Him and you don’t want to rob Him. Amen??? Amen!!!

Day 5: Lawful, But Not Expedient
May God Bless You Dear Ones,
We pray that all is well with each of you and that your faith in God, fail not.
The Sermon last evening, centered on What’s Lawful and then What’s Expedient. Many use their authority that God has given, but for self interest instead of how it (their decision) may edify (up lift) another. They are quick to point out to you their authority and how that it is lawful for you to just follow along and be obedient. This happens more so in the marriage of church folks. Can I get an amen???
So in this message God through Paul gave a different pitch on what’s lawful and then what’s expedient. You see, it was expedient (necessary) for Christ to leave, for if He did not leave then that Comforter would not have come. Now that is a different Sermon, but we wanted to bring your attention to the question, “Is it expedient?”. Paul did say in the Corinthians, how that all things are lawful, but all things are not expedient (necessary) all things do not edify, meaning building up. Sure it may very well be lawful, but what is the purpose behind your pointing out to another what’s lawful. Do you get the point???

Day 6: The Chosen Fast

“I Beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”Romans 12:1&2
Last evening God spoken to us about the fast that some choose and the Fast in which He has chosen.
People choose to fast for various reasons, but God, Dear Ones, desires that we Fast for spiritual strength. It is just that simple. “It” is to break down the flesh, (which we all tend to be (fleshly) at times), and then that we might be built from the low state up with the righteousness of God. Then fill us with His Holy Spirit, that we might prove what is that good and do the perfect will of God, freely. Amen??? Amen!!!
It is “The Chosen Fast”
Love to each of you, and please pray for the “life” of all to ever be according to the righteousness of God: Amen??? Amen!!!
